Check In for On-Site Lodgers | 2 to 4 PM

Arrive, settle in and wander the grounds.
Please plan to arrive during this window so we can show you to your cabin.

Welcome Party | 5 to 9 PM

Grill out by our beloved friends, Yej & Aaron. Beer & wine will be served.
This is our soft landing into the weekend—hug your friends, grab a plate, stay awhile.

Wednesday, August 19

Day at Camp | 8 AM to 2 PM

Spend the day however you please—there’s an archery range, bicycles, canoes, a private lakefront with two piers, one for fishing, one for swimming, and 20+ acres of trails winding through the backwoods.

Coffee Window Open‍ ‍| 8 to 10 AM

You’ll find Morgan at the Lucky Camper making coffee and espresso drinks.

Breakfast | 8 to 10 AM

Take-away breakfast spread on the lawn.

Lunch | 12 to 1 PM

Take-away picnic lunch by Yej & Aaron, served at the picnic tables.

Guest Arrival Begins | 3:30 PM

Ceremony | 4 PM

Outdoor chapel for vows and matrimony.

Cocktail Hour | 4:30 PM

Reception Dinner | 5:30 PM

Dinner by Lula Cafe with dancing to follow.

Closing Bonfire | 9:30 PM

A big fire and late summer air.

After Party | 10:30 pm

The DJ will have packed up and the dance floor will have closed, but the party continues. Shoot pool, play cards, throw dice—whoop it up.

Thursday, August 20

Enjoy a cup of coffee at camp before heading out.

Breakfast | 8 to 10 AM
Take-away breakfast spread served at the picnic tables.

On-site Lodging Check Out | 10 AM
